The Port of New Orleans has appointed Brad Guilmino as vice president of finance and innovative delivery, tasking him with senior leadership of major capital-project development and key financial management functions, reports Port Technology.
A Louisiana native, Guilmino brings 25 years of financial and infrastructure experience spanning banking, consulting and municipal financial advisory roles. His primary focus will be on the delivery of the Louisiana International Terminal (LIT).
Guilmino has advised public agencies and private-sector partners on projects across seaports, rail and transit systems, roads and bridges, and private commercial development, with expertise covering early-stage planning, feasibility analysis, financial modelling, debt structuring, alternative delivery and public-private partnerships.
