FloWorks International has acquired filtration products distributor Cranford Equipment Co. of Kenner, company officials announced last week. The flow control product distributor said the acquisition would bolster its industrial filtration presence and offer its core customer base more complete solutions, reports Industrial Distribution.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is FloWorks’ seventh since it was acquired by private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital in early 2023. The business previously added west Texas valve and automation distributor Slater Controls in October. Read more.
