Port NOLA announced last week that its private partners have formally incorporated a joint venture to operate the planned Louisiana International Terminal in St. Bernard Parish. Louisiana International Terminal Holdings LLC will manage the operations of the terminal, working in close coordination with Port NOLA, which is responsible for designing and constructing the facility to meet global standards.
