team accumulated nearly 337,000 total safe work hours across the turnaround, expansion and ongoing maintenance work.
For a major turnaround in Plaquemine, Louisiana, Turner fabricated and installed 21,000 feet of pipe, completing 6,495 welds with less than 1.5 percent rejection rate, and building over 400 scaffolds – all while achieving zero OSHA recordables across 251,352 work hours over seven months.
At a plant in Pasadena, Texas, Turner executed a turnaround in just 25 days with no recordable incidents. This marked the second time Turner was selected for this critical event, demonstrating the client confidence earned through consistent performance and safety excellence.
