The Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance Inc. (GBRIA) announced the winners of its 25th Annual Safety Excellence Awards during a virtual ceremony, then distributed the awards at an evening reception at Capitol City Park on April 22.
The awards program was established in 1996 to recognize excellent safety performance by contractors working in industrial facilities. The top award, the 2021 Hal G. Ginn Safety Excellence Award, was earned by Apache Industrial Services for the best overall performance of all nominees.
