Faith Technologies Incorporated will invest $80.5 million to open a new manufacturing facility in Ouachita Parish, the company and Louisiana Economic Development announced this morning.

The facility—FTI’s first Louisiana location — will be built at 535 Highway 594 in Monroe to support the company’s Excellerate brand. The 500,000-square-foot plant will use modular and lean construction methods to produce electrical assemblies and energy solutions in a controlled environment, helping FTI meet growing demand in clean energy, technology and infrastructure markets.

Construction is underway, with project completion and operations expected in spring 2027.

The project is expected to create at least 200 direct new jobs, with entry-level positions starting at $22 per hour. Louisiana Economic Development estimates an additional 350 indirect jobs, bringing the total potential impact to more than 500 new job opportunities across the Northeast Region. Employees will have access to FTI’s apprenticeship program, which allows workers to start in entry-level roles and become licensed electricians over four years while earning and learning on the job.

Founded in 1972 and based in Menasha, Wisconsin, FTI is a national engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy company. Its Excellerate brand, the company’s manufacturing arm, builds modular, installation-ready electrical systems in a factory setting for data centers and other large-scale facilities.

To secure the project, the state offered an incentives package that includes LED FastStart workforce development. FTI is also expected to participate in the state’s High Impact Jobs and Industrial Tax Exemption programs.
