In her role at the West Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce, Anna Johnson is regularly found at the State Capitol promoting and testifying for initiatives that will propel the state into becoming a global leader in decarbonization, LNG, oil and gas and nuclear energy.
She advocates for industry and helps champion education objectives that will position the state to lead in workforce development and capital investments.
Johnson also hosts numerous events that cast a spotlight on the energy industry, including the chamber’s annual Industry Roundtable—an event that brings together Louisiana’s energy leaders so that they can educate the community about the products they manufacture in Louisiana, then ship around the world.

She was selected as a 2022 Tastemaker for American Cancer Society, where she was recognized for her efforts in raising awareness for cancer patients, and was selected as a 225 Impactful Citizen by 225Fest, an award spotlighting those who go above and beyond their daily job description.
Baton Rouge Business Report named her one of its 2025 Forty Under 40 honorees, and she is also a graduate of the publication’s Leadership Academy, the Barton Leadership Academy, and the 2023 Leadership Baton Rouge class selected by the Baton Rouge Area Chamber.
