Syrah Resources edges closer to AAM production in Vidalia

Syrah Resources hopes to begin active anode material production at its Vidalia facility by the end of January, reports The Market Herald. The company will become the first battery-grade natural graphite active anode material supplier in the U.S.

Syrah has nearly completed all the commissioning processes across the facility, including key milling, purification as well as furnace process areas and equipment. To combat delays, Syrah’s team is working with vendors to safely complete the wet commissioning of the purification area. Read more.
