RPCC hosts STEM Night to raise awareness, connect industry

STEM Night, held last week at the River Parishes Community College Reserve Campus, served as a means to showcase RPCC’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Math programs to prospective students and as a registration event for the upcoming fall semester, reports L’Observateur.

Micah Andrade, interim director of the Reserve campus, says the event also served as a way to engage industry partners and businesses. “Prospective students can see how our programs connect with the industry careers in our community,” Andrade said.
