Ratcliff Development and JRE Capital announced their plans this week for a new 200,000-square-foot Class A tilt-wall, rear-load distribution facility at the nearly 200-acre Magnolia Ridge Logistics Park in Geismar. The firms have co-developed the park over the past two years.
The facility is the first phase of a planned multi-building development serving the region’s petrochemical, logistics, warehousing and industrial service sectors. Construction is scheduled to begin in first quarter 2027. Ratcliff Development and JRE Capital will co-develop the facility, with Ratcliff Construction Co. serving as general contractor. Powers Brown Architecture will lead the design and Lee & Associates will represent the property for leasing and marketing.
