Turner Industries, Entergy and ENFRA were among the Louisiana industry and energy companies Forbes named among America’s best employers.
General industrial contractor Turner came in at No. 229 and utility provider Entergy, at No. 489 among America’s Best Large Employers. Energy infrastructure solutions company ENFRA came in at No. 299 among America’s Best Midsize Employers.
Forbes has partnered with market research firm Statista for the 11th straight year to rank employers nationwide based on a range of criteria, including salary, work environment, benefits and opportunities to advance.

The 1,200 organizations with the highest scores landed on one of Forbes’ two final lists—500 companies on America’s Best Midsize Employers 2026 and 700 organizations on America’s Best Large Employers 2026.
